Document Analytics
Document Analytics shows the documents your company has received and how it has responded to them. It is open to all roles under Reports → Document Analytics in the sidebar. The URL keeps your filters, so a view can be bookmarked or shared.
Filters
- Document types — a searchable picker. Tick any number of types and click Apply. Use types with documents restores the default: every type with received documents in the range. Inactive types stay available, marked "(inactive)".
- Include combined overview — adds one chart covering the whole selection, on screen and in the PDF. Off by default.
- Response statuses — Pending plus the project's response statuses. Tick the ones to include and click Apply, or choose Use all statuses.
- Date range — All time (default), Last 7 / 30 / 90 days, This month, or Custom. The range filters on the date a document was received.
- More filters → Include superseded — off by default. When on, superseded documents are counted with their real response status.
- Reset filters — appears when a filter differs from its default.
What counts
- Responses count on active and closed transmittals, so they stay in the report when the sender closes a transmittal.
- Withdrawn transmittals never count.
- Pending and Overdue pending count active transmittals only.
- Every figure counts distinct documents: a document on several transmittals is counted once.
- "Responded" means responded by your company.
Charts
Each selected document type gets a card with a status chart, a legend with counts and percentages, and four metrics: Avg. days to respond, Overdue pending, Total received, and Responded. The combined overview, when turned on, uses the same layout, and its figures equal the sum of the type cards.
A type with nothing in the range shows a one-line empty state. When nothing matches at all, the page shows "No received documents match these filters" with a Reset link.
Exporting as PDF
Print / Save as PDF in the page header opens the browser's print dialog, sized to A4 portrait. The report header lists the project, company, period, active filters, and generation date. Only the selected type cards are printed, plus the combined overview when it is turned on.
The older Document Responses Report link opens this page with the same period applied.
